Mainly specializes in cold forging,hot forging and liquid forging of aluminum alloy;

Being at the upstream and midstream of the production chain. It mainly enjoys such equipment as 1000T,600T,500T and 300T hydraulic press, 400T friction press, punch, induction heating furnace etc.

Die Casting Factory

Mainly engages in aluminum casting,zinc casting and fine machining of aluminum products.

Its main equipment includes 1600T casting machine, 800T casting machine, 630T casting machine, 500T casting machine, 280T casting machines, 160T casting machines, 125T casting machine, hot casting machine and zinc casting machine etc.

Aluminum Fine machining Factory

Mainly engages in machining, punching,elbow pipe and welding of aluminum products and assembling of finished products;

Being at the midstream and downstream of production chain. Its main equipment includes CNC milling machine,CNC lathe,punching,driller machine,general milling machine,pipe bending machine,argon welder,automatic assembly line and etc.

Surface Treatment Factory

Mainly engages in polishing, wire-drawing, abrasive blasting and anode oxidation of aluminum products;

Being at the downstream of the production chain. It is mainly provided with 3 anode-oxidation lines, polishing machine, abrasive blasting machine, wire-drawing machine etc.
